LOST OR FOUND A PET?
Click here for info on what to do.

SunshineKeep your pets cool with PUP-sicles! Just freeze some of their regular food for a cool summer treat that will keep them busy and happy.

Hide some pieces of dry dog food for your dog to play "hide and seek" and make the most of all mealtimes.

Make sure your pet has plenty of good quality exercise which is important for health and well being.

PET CARE ON A BUDGET
Pets can be expensive but there are ways to enjoy pets even in this tough economy.

1) Adopt an older dog rather than a puppy and you will have less costs for shots, toys, training, etc.
2) Feed a good quality food to maintain optimal health but watch portion size to eliminate any waste or health issues from obesity.
3) Be a "do it yourselfer" - make your own treats and learn how to groom your dog including teeth brushing, ear cleaning, and nail trimming..
4) Review the vaccination schedule with your vet. Some shots are no longer needed yearly. But NEVER skimp out on or miss puppy shots!
